Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage staff schedules and roster Game Masters and support crew for optimal coverage.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a passionate team to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Organize and coordinate staff training and development to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor budgets, control inventory, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams for promotions and special programs.
  • Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for better efficiency and guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in operations management—ideally in children’s entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with hands-on rostering experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and creating meaningful experiences for families.

Working Conditions

  • Location : Central
  • Hours : 44-hour retail roster (able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends)
  • Salary : $3,500 – $4,200/month
