Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage staff schedules and roster Game Masters and support crew for optimal coverage.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a passionate team to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Organize and coordinate staff training and development to enhance service quality.
- Monitor budgets, control inventory, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams for promotions and special programs.
- Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for better efficiency and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations management—ideally in children’s entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with hands-on rostering experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A genuine passion for working with children and creating meaningful experiences for families.
Working Conditions
- Location : Central
- Hours : 44-hour retail roster (able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends)
- Salary : $3,500 – $4,200/month
