An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of a Kidney Dialysis Centre. Job Scope
Ensure all aspects of the centre operate smoothly and efficiently, including patient care and centre maintenance.
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and meet regulatory requirements.
Assist in managing inventory and vendor relationships to meet financial targets.
Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Main Responsibilities
Manage stocks and consumables.
Liaise and engage with vendors as needed.
Supervise administrative staff and cleaning personnel.
Develop training programs for cleaning staff.
Organize and schedule annual fire drills and training.
Oversee preventive maintenance of machines and equipment, pest control, and high dusting of the centre.
Serve as the primary contact for machine, equipment, and facility issues, ensuring timely repairs.
Support in managing difficult or abusive patients.
Create and update operational policies.
Arrange and attend meetings related to operations.
Coordinate with departments such as IT, procurement, and facilities to resolve issues or develop new programs.
Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and system integration.
Assist the Nurse Manager with budgeting.
Perform any other duties assigned by the department head.
Candidates will be stationed onsite at the Kidney Dialysis Centre in Fernvale.
