As our student enrollment continues to grow, we require additional capable staff to maintain an optimal student-to-executive ratio.
1. Administrative Support
- Manage school documentation, records, and filing systems
- Assist in updating and maintaining student and staff databases
- Support school leadership in planning and executing school events
2. Facilities Management
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of school facilities
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing
- Ensure safety and security measures are in place and followed
3. Procurement and Inventory
- Manage purchase of office/school supplies and equipment
- Track and manage inventory levels
- Monitor expenses and ensure budget adherence
4. Timetable and Scheduling
- Assist in preparing class timetables and room allocations
- Schedule meetings, exams, and school activities
- Coordinate usage of school facilities (e.g. classrooms, halls)
5. Student and Staff Services
- Help manage student attendance and discipline records
- Provide general support to teachers and department heads
6. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with MOE or relevant authorities’ requirements
- Prepare and submit reports, audits, and documentation when required
7. Customer Relations & Parent Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for parents regarding general school matters
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Support in organizing parent-teacher meetings, school tours, and orientation sessions
- Build positive relationships with parents to enhance communication and satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and approachable front desk/reception presence (if applicable)
