Education
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process employee reimbursement claims, ensuring timely submission, tracking, and approvals. Maintain accurate records and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth processing.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration including the procurement of office supplies, pantry items, and stationery.
- Verify and process invoices for utilities, office rent, cleaning services, and other back-office expenses. Ensure accuracy and prompt payment in compliance with internal policies and financial timelines.
- Manage the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection. Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and manage bidding documents, liaise with suppliers, and ensure a transparent and compliant procurement process.
- Collaborate effectively with the headquarters team in China to ensure seamless execution of administrative and HR tasks.
- Handle official document filing and manage seal application procedures in accordance with internal protocols.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient retrieval and secure document storage.
- Provide support in routine and ad-hoc HR, administration, and procurement tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Possess good and fluent Mandarin & English speaking, writing, reading and listening skill in order to liaise with mandarin-speaking customer, supplier, and Headquarter.
- Possess a good working attitude and able to work independently.
- Able to work with deadlines and under pressure.
