This role involves maintaining hygiene standards and supporting kitchen operations, ensuring a top-notch dining experience for customers. • Manage sales of food and handle cashier duties
• Provide good customer service
• Opening & Closing of Food Outlet
• Simple preparation of food ingredients in a hygienic manner (e.g. pack chilli)
• Support the cook / chef in the display presentation and garnishing of cooked food
• Perform general housekeeping, including maintaining the cleanliness of freezer/chiller storage,
• utensils/cooking equipment, entire kitchen and storefront
• Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
• Other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by cook / supervisor
