Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in checking of personal hygiene of all the staff, hygiene of chillers & freezers.
  2. File weekly records for hygiene check lists & photos.
  3. Help out in packet meals packing.
  4. Print out daily preparation lists for cooking.
  5. Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
  6. Compile and submit petty cash vouchers, suppliers’ invoices, workers’ medical certificate/leave forms etc. to main office.
  7. Assist in receiving & checking on incoming goods & deliveries.

Requirements

  1. Minimum ‘O’ Level.
  2. Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors.
  3. Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  4. Must be a fast learner.
  5. Good in self-discipline, able to work in accordance to instructions.
  6. Fast and meticulous.
  7. Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
  8. Willing to work long hours especially during festive seasons.
