Job Description

• Visiting and Inspecting sites for performance audit

• Perform daily manpower planning – hiring, training and deployment of workers

• Any issues that can be resolved on-site with immediate action plan should be deal with immediately.

• Meet up with MCST management for feedbacks

• Liaison with management on operational matters and properly communicate to all supervisors and workers involved (arrange schedule/fulfil project deadlines)

• Meet with site supervisors regularly to oversee and coordinate works assignments and closely follow-up on the work schedule till completion

• Follow up on Incident/Issue and Feedbacks – handling and follow up on complaints and offer solution to resolve problems in a timely manner

• Liaison with office/in-house mechanic and site supervisors on equipment repair and maintenance

• Liaison with office for cleaning products and chemical purchasing and ordering

• Any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Training required for operating knowledge for basic and common cleaning equipment (e.g. Ride-on Scrubber and BOC, etc.), and handling of cleaning chemical
