Operation Executive
Job description
- Assist Manager to lead and manage a team of warehouse and administration personnel to ensure that services provided meet customers requirements.
- Deal closely with customer professionally to resolve any inquiries or issues.
- Generate and submit reports (ie KPI, QBR) timely and accurately.
- Generate accurately and submit promptly monthly billing for approval within the deadline.
- Ensure team conformance to all HSE, Security, 5S and quality standards.
- Ensure team compliance to operational processes or customers specified requirement.
- Ensure all documents/records are updated and kept for audit purpose.
- Raise and track Purchase Requisition (PR) for consumables and packaging materials purchase.
- Raise and monitor Change Requests (CR) when needed.
- Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform process mapping on new or changed business requirements.
- Own stop shipment and inventory reconciliation processes to meet all requirements.
- Drive cost saving and productivity initiatives to meet Company's and customers objectives.
- Work with Quality Executive to identify process gaps, develop and execute improvement actions to resolve Quality issues.
- Work with Quality Executives to close off any NCRs/ CAPAs/ Customer complaints/ audit actions/ non-conformance within the stated timeline.
- Work on all system testing/upgrade with all internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Perform needful to ensure every quarter end closure with all targets met.
Requirements:
- Preferably 3 years of related experience
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
- Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g.PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
- Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
