A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated employee to manage cargo tracking and monitoring. The role involves tracking shipments, generating reports on their status, and managing delivery exceptions. Candidates should be proactive in addressing issues and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Cargo/Parcel Tracking & Monitoring
· Track and trace shipments in real-time using logistics systems .
· Identify delays or exceptions (e.g., missed deliveries, damages) and escalate promptly.
Reporting & Documentation
· Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment statuses, delays, and KPIs.
· Maintain accurate records of exceptions and resolutions.
Exception Case Management
· Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions (e.g., rerouting, customer complaints).
· Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and clients for timely follow-ups.
Ad-Hoc Support
· Assist with urgent dispatch tasks, route adjustments, or administrative duties as needed.
