Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly delivery schedules with drivers
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to supermarkets, B2B, and online customers
• Prepare delivery stock (pick & pack or liaise with production/warehouse)
• Communicate delivery issues and resolve them swiftly
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock checks (finished goods & packaging)
• Monitor stock movement and update inventory records accurately
• Forecast stock needs based on sales trend and upcoming campaigns
• Raise alerts for low stock and coordinate replenishments
• Work closely with Sales, Production, and Admin teams to align on orders, stock readiness, and delivery timing
• Update stakeholders on order fulfilment status
• Assist in production planning by providing demand forecast and delivery outlook
• Update stock sheets, delivery forms, and maintain order accuracy
• Ensure all delivery paperwork (DOs, invoices) are properly documented
• Track and file proof of delivery if required

Requirements:

• Min. 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or inventory management
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Comfortable using Excel or stock tracking systems
• Good communication skills — able to work with internal teams and drivers
• Proactive, independent, and reliable
