We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to be a vital part of our Singapore team. Job Summary:

You'll be a key support pillar across our marketing, HR, and finance functions. This hands-on role involves managing essential administrative tasks, leveraging innovative tools, and ensuring smooth, compliant workflows that directly contribute to our global expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Marketing & Brand Support: Create engaging marketing materials using Canva, manage content for our LinkedIn/website presence, and provide general sales support.

- Operational & Financial Support: Assist with core financial administration, payroll support (IRAS, CPF), expense tracking, and audit preparation. Ensure data accuracy and compliance.

- HR Administration: Manage employee leave records (including NS, Paternity, Maternity), SDL submissions, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows, contributing to overall efficiency and leveraging technology where possible.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 year(s) of administrative or operational support experience.
  • Proficiency in Canva and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MOM, IRAS, CPF.
  • Proactive, adaptable, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player.
