About the role

Join our fast-paced Global Express Freight Services Pte. Ltd. company as an Operation Executive based in the Changi Airport Cargo Complex. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient delivery of freight and cargo services for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the pickup, transportation, and delivery of freight and cargo shipments

• Liaise with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all freight and cargo movements

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to optimise operations

• Assist with the resolution of any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the delivery process

• Collaborate with the broader team to continuously improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding or logistics operations role

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle time-sensitive situations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Proficient in using logistics management software and IT systems

• Thorough understanding of freight forwarding and logistics industry regulations and best practices

• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
