Operation Executive

Job Description

1. Provide facilities management services for shopping malls.

2. This includes cleaning, pest control, horticulture, security management, ACMV, M&E, building services, etc. through our appointed term/sub-contractors.

3. Investigate, check, and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

4. Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall that you are assigned to.

5. Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner.

6. Promote good relations with our partners and tenants.

7. Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations.

8. Maintain building operation manual and any records relating to the building.

9. Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e., Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc.).

10. Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.

11. Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

1. Minimum Higher NITEC/Diploma in Building Services Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties, or alternatively, possess at least 3 years of facilities management experience.

2. Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful, and systematic in resolving problems.

3. Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.

4. Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Service-oriented mindset.
