$2300 - $3000 + Incentive + Variable Bonus

8.00am - 5.45pm (Mon – Fri)

Work Location: Macpherson - 8min Walking Distance from MRT

Your Role, Your Influence:

  • Scheduling & Route Assignment: Manage driver schedules and assign routes based on operational needs, ensuring drivers are informed of timelines and route details.
  • Driver Availability: Monitor driver availability and adjust schedules to accommodate changes, ensuring coverage and minimizing disruption.
  • Compliance: Ensure drivers adhere to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies for safe and efficient operations.
  • Route Optimization: Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency, reduce delivery times, and minimize costs, using tools like GPS and route software.

Required:

  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating drivers or large teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nitec in logistic or related field.
