Full Job Description

The ideal candidate has a proactive and supportive personality with excellent multi-tasking skills. As an executive, they will monitor and support operations to ensure smooth functioning. This includes handling administrative matters such as billing, purchasing, and HR-related tasks. Overall, they are responsible for ensuring efficient operations. The candidate should be a strong team leader and a collaborative team player, capable of supervising effectively. They need to understand workflows quickly and maintain accuracy in their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and assist with daily operations to ensure smooth performance and support the team as needed.
  • Coordinate and maintain all client requirements and internal indents accurately.
  • Liaise, coordinate, and disseminate information within various departments.
  • Collaborate with HR on payroll, new hires, and other HR matters.
  • Perform assigned roles effectively with good time management.
  • Prepare and set up new sites for ground staff.
  • Assist the Reporting Officer in preparing P&L and other reports for weekly management meetings.
  • Be on-site when required by clients to ensure prompt management of operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Class 3 driver's license
