Our2-Year Operations Engineering Graduate Development Programis designed to build thenext generation of aerospace manufacturing talentby firstdeveloping strong operational foundations, followed by broader engineering and cross-functional capability exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in dailymanufacturing and production operations

Minimum Education:

• Early career professional(0-2 years experience) withDegreeinMechanical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering/Industry Engineering/Manufacturing/Production Engineering
