Now, we’re looking for a driven and strategic Operation Deputy General Manager / General Manager to help lead our next wave of growth.

What you'll be doing

• Formulate and execute strategies to grow sales through new outlet openings and optimize existing operations.

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales objectives and operation standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, training, supply chain to deliver seamless execution.

• Analyse performance data to identify trends, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Act as a key partner to the Executive Director, stepping in as a global leader when needed.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years in F&B or QSR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing operations across a minimum of 15 outlets, ideally within the fast-casual or QSR sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations

• Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements

• Proficient in financial management and budgeting

• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
