Job description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma graduates or above
  • At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filling and office supply management
  • Process sales orders, ensuring all necessary information is correctly inputted into the system
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required
  • Ability to work independently & work under pressure
  • Demonstrate responsibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
