Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Assistant to coordinate vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements at Pioneer.

You will liaise with vessel agents, captains, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations; prepare and process delivery orders, invoices and other logistics documents; track shipments and maintain records.

Working hours are Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm with alternate Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm. On-site role with potential standby time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with vessel agents, captains, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and process delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and other logistics documents.
• Track shipments and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Support agency services as required.
• Maintain clear records of orders, communications, and operational activities.
• Attend to urgent operational requests, even outside standard working hours (when necessary).
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality and customer service.

Salary : Up to $3,700 + VB

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Alt Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm (WFH, most of the time standby only)
