Job description

Role:

The incumbent supports the effective management and execution of the company’s Cash Operation and Continuous Process Improvement. As Operation Assistant Manager, the incumbent plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring service quality and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Assistant Manager collaborates closely with senior leaders to support customer experience, process optimization and operational excellence. By contributing to lean transformation and digitalization efforts, the role helps foster a transparent, sustainable and improvement -driven culture across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the alignment of strategic directions and business objectives with Top Management and assist in translating them into actionable plans within Cash Operations and Continuous Improvement.
  • Assist in development and execution of short, medium, and long-term initiatives, roadmaps for the organization incorporating Operational Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodology.
  • Support the implementation of the "Stop and Fix" World-Class Operations Management culture by participating in structured daily tiered accountability meetings and promoting collaborative problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor opportunities and support a culture of continuous enhancement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma of Engineering or Business Administration required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials preferred.
  • Formal training or certification in Data analytics or Robotic Process Automation (RPA), especially WSQ-certified programs, is highly desirable.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience within Manufacturing or Production capacity.
  • Exceptional team / workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
