As Operation Assistant Manager, the incumbent plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring service quality and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Assistant Manager collaborates closely with senior leaders to support customer experience, process optimization and operational excellence. By contributing to lean transformation and digitalization efforts, the role helps foster a transparent, sustainable and improvement -driven culture across the organization.
