About the role


We are looking for an experienced Operation Assistant to join our dynamic team in Tai Seng, North-East Region. This full-time position is responsible for providing crucial administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases to ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall business performance
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management
  • Responding and resolving IT application requests and queries
  • Photo/video shooting for properties
  • Administrative and operational tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • Well versed in Microsoft/Google applications
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, including Chinese typing
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for continuous improvement
