Job Title: Operations Assistant cum Driver

Reports To: Operations Manager

What You Will Do

• Drive the company van to cleaning sites every day.
• Help cleaning teams carry equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Load and unload cleaning machines (e.g., scrubbers, vacuums).
• Check that cleaning supplies are stocked and report when more are needed.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules on time.
• Keep the van clean and safe. Report any damage or problems.
• Help with simple office tasks: write daily reports, update logs, answer calls.

You Must Have

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (must be able to drive a van).
• At least 2 years of driving experience (especially for delivery or service work).
• Physically able to lift and carry cleaning equipment (up to 15kg).
• Can stand, walk, and work for long hours (12 hours per day).
• Can read and write in English (to fill in logs, reports, and understand instructions).
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, or public holidays when needed.
• Clean driving record. No serious traffic offences.
