Our client a well-known Insurance business is seeking an operation analyst, for 9 months.

The role oversees and execute all activities related to onboarding and offboarding of representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Fit & Proper checks on applicants within 14 working days and lodge applications
• Conduct close and credit monitoring reviews
• Perform due diligence and onboarding processes for Introducers.
• Facilitate the offboarding process for representatives and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update AMU materials, manuals, guides, forms, and SOPs to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience within insurance industry
• Experience in agent operations will be at advantage
• Minimum education: Diploma
