About the Position

We are currently seeking an Operation Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The role involves supervising staff, managing resources, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will also be involved in some work related to global and commercial operations, such as managing logistics, inventory, and delivery processes within the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers while reducing operational costs and improving supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Get involved in commercial operation work including sales and marketing, customer service and support, contract management, financial management, business development and expansion, project management, data analysis and decision support, legal compliance, etc.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including local office administration, documentation, record-keeping, correspondence, and arranging APAC leaders' schedules.
  • Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above in relevant majors in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in medical-related companies and experience in operations and administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork ability.
  • Fluent in verbal ability in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Work Location: Singapore or Japan.
