This role leads the Finance Operations team, overseeing month-end and year-end reporting, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. The position also manages cash flow, treasury, and external liaison, while driving operational improvements and maintaining robust internal controls.

Description

  • Lead and manage the Finance Operations team
  • Prepare and contribute to month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Conduct variance analysis and review of local and subsidiary accounts
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, GST, CIT, and regulatory requirements, staying updated on accounting standards and best practices
  • Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships
  • Participate in and prepare annual and forecast budgets
  • Coordinate with external consultants on audits, taxation, banking, legal, and compliance matters
  • Identify, analyze, and implement operational improvements
  • Maintain and enforce financial processes, internal controls, and compliance with company policies
  • Resolve operational software issues
  • Perform additional duties as required

Profile

  • Degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA and minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, analytical and self-motivated
