PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Theatre Support Assistant to assist in patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

You will help prepare and set up operating theatres in line with the daily schedule. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment is checked and ready, handling theatre linen and waste in compliance with infection control standards, and safely transferring patients between wards and theatres.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work a 3-shift rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and infection control standards.

• Ensure operating theatre equipment is checked, maintained, and ready for use.
• Collect, bag, and remove soiled linen from operating theatres, disposal rooms, and changing areas.
• Handle segregation and disposal of general and biohazard waste in compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Safely transfer and escort patients between wards and operating theatres.
• Provide dispatch, transportation, and logistical support as required.
• Monitor, replenish, and organize operating theatre supplies and consumables to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
