Job summary

AvePoint is hiring a Software Engineer / Platform Engineer in Singapore to design, engineer, and automate OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters. You will automate provisioning, upgrades, and scaling with Terraform, Ansible, or Python.

You will implement and maintain OpenShift components (ODF, OVN-Kubernetes) and drive reliability, performance, and GitOps workflows across the container platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in container platforms or cloud engineering.
• Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes internals.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash or Python).
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and automate lifecycle of OpenShift clusters.
• Develop automation for provisioning, upgrades, and scaling.
• Implement and maintain OpenShift components (ODF, OVN-Kubernetes).
• Engineer reliability and performance optimizations for high availability.
• Implement GitOps workflows for configuration management.
