Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and represent the Resort. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.Requirements :- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality (precisely hotel) industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
