About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven AI Agent Engineer to join our team and In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and refining intelligent agent-driven systems that power real user workflows.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of product innovation, combining full-stack development skills with AI-enabled agent architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the core product development of Manus AI , with a focus on intelligent agent systems
• Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end features, integrating AI components and LLMs where relevant
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets high standards of quality and performance
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, including service design, data flow, and component structure
• Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to drive product maturity and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions to continuously raise team standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of programming experience (exceptional fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with attention to clean code and scalable design
• Proficiency in modern Web front-end technologies , with deep experience in React.js
• Solid understanding of backend technologies, including databases , caching systems , message queues , and microservices architecture
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Strong command of both English and Chinese for effective communication in a multicultural setting.
