About Us:
Research at SBS spans a broad range of topics in biological and biomedical sciences, including cancer and cell biology, microbiology and immunology, genetics and genomics, infectious diseases, proteins and proteomics, structural biology, biochemistry, chemical biology and drug discovery, plant biology, and biological data science.
Our investigator-led projects offer abundant opportunities for interdisciplinary collaborations, both within the school and across other NTU departments. SBS also provides access to cutting-edge infrastructure, such as state-of-the-art structural biology and biophysics facilities (including Titan Krios Cryo-EM, Rigaku FRX X-ray generator, BLI, and ITC), confocal microscopy, comprehensive proteomics facilities, and a modern computing cluster. Successful candidates will have ample opportunities to leverage these resources and build fruitful collaborations across NTU’s Schools and Research Institutes.
