Job summary

AI Rudder in Singapore is seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to lead the design, testing, improvement, and launch of prompts, AI workflows, and LLM-powered solutions for complex business use across multiple countries. You will collaborate with product, engineering, data, and regional teams to turn real needs into reliable AI capabilities.

The role focuses on measurable improvements in accuracy, safety, and consistency, with rigorous documentation, version control, and reusable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2 years hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or GenAI.
• Demonstrated ability to design prompts, evaluate outputs, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Experience with production LLM systems, agents, knowledge retrieval, or monitoring.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve system prompts, user prompts, and conversation flows for LLM apps and workflows.
• Own prompt quality from prototype to production with testing and version control.
• Build evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, safety, and cost.
• Adapt prompts and workflows for different markets and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams, clients, product managers, and data engineers.
• Test prompts against risks like prompt injection and data leaks.
• Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and playbooks.
• Stay updated on LLMs, RAG, and AI capabilities and translate into business use.
