Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant project in Singapore. The role is based onsite at the Tuas Site Office with weekdays work and transport to 3 pickup points.

You will handle contract administration, progress payments, and cost control, coordinating with the Project Manager, client, and third parties. Prior water-sector exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in QS or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QS experience.
• Experience in green field, new build projects.
• Experience in Water projects would be an added advantage.
• MS Office skills are essential and knowledge of Revit BIM will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration for the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant project.
• Prepare monthly valuations for progress payments to the Main Contractor.
• Evaluate, select and apply standard contract administration and measurement techniques for EOT and L&E.
• Check progress claims and invoices.
• Prepare cost estimates for variation claims, EOT and L&E.
• Attend site and virtual meetings.
• Prepare and agree final accounts for the project.
