Job summary

Jacobs International Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a Mechanical Engineer to join the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant project, overseeing all mechanical works on-site and coordinating with the CRE/PM team. You will review scopes, drawings, BIM models, specifications, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout construction, testing and commissioning.

The role also offers a path to leadership within Jacobs with 5–10 years of infra experience and RE registration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years in mechanical design/construction for infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Experience with site testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical works for construction of the Water Treatment Facilities.
• Review mechanical scope, BIM, specifications, and drawings for all mechanical works.
• Coordinate with CRE/Project Manager and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
• Work with the BIM model for mechanical and MEICA works.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout construction, testing and commissioning.
