Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification to operate powered industrial vehicles preferred.
• No cross-border relocation on this role.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a formal resource coordinating other teams and operations.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and kitting activities with operations management.
• Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Receive, sort, label, package, and store goods to optimize warehouse space.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship per customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and support operator care.
• Collaborate with peers and support staff to maintain equipment and meet goals.
