Job summary

LIAN DA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Middle Management level professional to oversee construction activities and lead on-site teams in Singapore. The role involves supervising workers and subcontractors, resolving design issues, and ensuring progress aligns with schedules and drawings.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience, strong drawing interpretation, and a track record in A&A projects is a plus. The position is full-time and on-site with no flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Good reading of specifications and building drawings.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with track records in A&A projects is a plus.
• Good team player with willingness to learn and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors on site.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during construction.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Able to understand structural drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Monitor and control contract works to ensure compliance with specs and safety rules.
• Experience leading RC workers is an advantage.
• Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair and routine checks.
• Responsible for general electrical fitting work.
• Other duties as required.
