Job summary

TNG Alliance Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled home appliance technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance at customer homes and offices across Singapore.

You will communicate repair findings clearly, provide service reports and cost estimates, and participate in technical training to enhance your skills. A valid Class 3 driving license and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License with more than 2 years of driving experience
• Demonstrate physical fitness and strength to move and carry appliances occasionally as part of job duties

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances at customer homes and offices following company procedures and using appropriate tools and test equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal functioning and customer satisfaction
• Communicate repair diagnoses and necessary services to customers in a clear and courteous manner
• Prepare detailed service reports and provide accurate repair cost estimates for customer quotations
• Assist in new projects and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
• Attend in-house technical training sessions to develop and improve appliance repair skills
