About The Team

Our ad-tech team manages automation tools to streamline campaigns, collaborates on new features with internal teams, and works with partners like Facebook and Google to resolve tech issues. We also support the Account Management team with troubleshooting, testing, and training, all while keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends.

Job Description

  • Build and manage various automation tools to improve team efficiency when running campaigns
  • Work closely with the Marketing Analytics Team and Product Team to request new features related to online marketing
  • Liaise with external partners (e.g. Facebook, Google) for tech-related issues
  • Gather feedback/suggestions and work with the team to improve existing functionalities
  • Assist the Account Management team on digital channels tech issues, including tracking, measurement, user flow, optimization and set up
  • Communicate across teams to understand the working flow, business need for online marketing-related features
  • Conduct UAT tests, roll out, produce educational material and conduct training for new features when necessary
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in online channels and digital marketing and be well-versed in the various components for success in digital marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any quantitative field
  • Experienced in performance marketing is a plus
  • Proficient knowledge in SQL is a must, basic understanding in Python is a plus
  • Good understanding of internet advertising technologies, tracking and attribution models
  • Understand the fundamental logic how different types of ads work and the relevant technology involved
  • Meticulous with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Mobile App user acquisition experience is a plus
