Job Summary:

The role of an Online Customer Support Officer assists customers through online channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Job Descriptions:

• To be the first point of contact for online customers via different channels of communication (Email/phone/social media platforms and marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Shopify).
• Ensure all customer communication channels are attended to promptly within the response time defined by the company.
• Resolve product or service issues by taking ownership to ensure customer needs are followed through.
• Attend to feedback and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service queries and promoting other products and services.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers by identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Ensure prompt follow-up with customers when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and requests.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• GCE O/A Level/Diploma, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or in a contact center environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as harmoniously in a team setting.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
• Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy skills in Microsoft applications (MS Word & Excel).
• Good oral communication and active listening skills.
