Job Summary:

The role of Online Customer Service Support needs to handle incoming orders, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating internally to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Job Descriptions :

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including entering and issuing invoices.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, and warehouse teams) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and business needs.

  • Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to resolution.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, service issues, or process improvements.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in related field.
