Job description
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Support both dispensary and sterile compounding services to ensure safe and effective medication preparation and delivery.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
Assist in reviewing treatment plans and recommending more cost-effective medication options where appropriate.
Ensure efficient use of medicines, minimizing waste and promoting optimal use of resources in line with organizational and funding guidelines.
Maintain accurate records for billing, supply tracking, and compliance with clinic, pharmacy, and health fund requirements.
Adhere to local healthcare regulations and standards to ensure safe and compliant pharmacy practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adapting workflows and practices to meet evolving clinical and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma in Pharmacy
Knowledge of pharmacy laws, ethics, and drug classification systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
