National University Health System's Haematology-Oncology Research Group (HORG) seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator for NUH and satellite Ng Teng Fong General Hospital to support cancer trials. The role focuses on recruitment, screening, coordinating trial procedures, and ensuring high-quality data and compliant conduct.

You will work with investigators, maintain trial files, and help ensure a smooth patient journey for NCIS patients.

Qualifications

• Science-related qualifications preferred; other degrees considered.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills; Mandarin and local dialects helpful.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to write clearly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work occasional weekends and late nights.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to governance, GCP, DP, and ethics requirements.
• Ensure study procedures align with the protocol.
• Participate in patient recruitment.
• Ensure informed consent procedures are followed.
• Coordinate patient visits for tests and procedures.
• Organize site initiation visits.
• Arrange for investigations per protocol.
• Collect and verify research data.
• Transcribe information on source documents accurately.
• Label and ensure proper delivery of specimens.
• Assist with adverse event reporting.
• Maintain trial files and master/file.
