Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a registered nurse to join a research team in the East as a Clinical Research Coordinator Nurse. You will support clinical trials and research studies, ensuring patient safety, protocol compliance, and high-quality data collection.

The role requires valid nursing registration with a Diploma or Degree in Nursing. Experience in clinical research is preferred; GCP certification is an advantage, and phlebotomy/ECG skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing registration (e.g. SNB)
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Experience in clinical research/clinical trials preferred
• GCP certification is an advantage
• Phlebotomy and ECG skills preferred
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct clinical study visits
• Screen, recruit, and follow up with study participants
• Support the informed consent process and patient education
• Perform nursing assessments, vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection/processing
• Administer study medication or investigational products where applicable
• Maintain source documents, CRFs, and eDC entries
• Report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs)
• Liaise with Principal Investigators, study teams, sponsors, and ethics/regulatory bodies
• Manage study supplies and drug accountability
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and hospital guidelines
