A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to manage customer onboarding projects and provide technical support for their AI-powered building management solution. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves collaborating with customers, managing data integration, and documenting technical processes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
We're seeking an Onboarding Engineer to join one of the most forward looking Built Technology organizations in the APAC region, focusing on providing technical data management and support to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers of our AI-powered building management solution. As a key member of our onboarding team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring customers get started with our solution quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Implementation Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding, proof of concept/pilot and implementation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met according to agreed plans.
Provide technical support and guidance to new customers, ensuring successful onboarding and integration with our AI-powered building management solution.
Data Management: Manage and configure customer data, including setup and integration of building management systems, IoT sensors, and other relevant technologies.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide personalized support and guidance.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document onboarding processes, technical issues, and resolutions, and share knowledge with internal teams to improve onboarding efficiency and quality.
Solution Adoption and Enablement: Guide customers through onboarding, product adoption, and value realization. Deliver training, share best practices, and support ongoing usage of the platform to ensure customers derive maximum value.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of Technical Experience: Experience in a technical role, preferably in building management systems, IoT, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of building management systems, IoT sensors, and other relevant technologies.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI or Machine Learning Technologies: Familiarity with AI or machine learning technologies and their applications in building management.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the built environment sector, including building management, real estate development, and facilities management
