Onboarding and Compliance Specialist Healthcare Staffing
    As an Onboarding and Compliance Specialist in the healthcare staffing industry located in Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth integration of new healthcare professionals into the organization while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining workforce readiness and upholding patient safety by verifying and keeping track of all necessary credentials, licenses, and training requirements.Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the onboarding process for both clinical and non-clinical staff, working closely with HR, hiring managers, and credential teams to ensure timely onboarding, collecting and processing all required onboarding documents, monitoring license and certification expirations, conducting audits of employee records for accuracy, verifying professional licenses and certifications, collaborating with credentialing departments for timely processing, coordinating compliance training sessions, staying updated on healthcare compliance laws, serving as a liaison between departments and new hires, and providing ongoing support on compliance-related inquiries.To be successful in this role, you should ideally have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in onboarding, compliance, credentialing, or HR administration, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards is essential, as well as experience with onboarding/HRIS/compliance tracking systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are also required.Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as insurance coverage, a 5-day work week with weekends off, an attendance bonus, and working in US Shifts.
