Job summary

Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to work onboard cruise ships, selling premium and Swiss watches and guiding guests through high-value purchases. Earn up to 6% commission, with salary plus benefits including accommodation and meals onboard.

Join a renowned cruise retail leader and develop guest relationships across international guests while living at sea for contract durations up to six months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands.
• Ability to guide guests through high-value purchases with care.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Confident at delivering product presentations and guest events.
• Flexible, team-focused attitude; able to adapt to life at sea.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Physically fit to stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium guest experience and maximise watch sales onboard.
• Welcome guests and match selections to their style, occasion, or collection.
• Present brands, explain features, invite handling and ownership imagination.
• Balance conversation and space, move toward commitment when ready.
• Support onboard events, promotions, and lead generation.
• Maintain product presentation and assist with stock and compliance.
• Share knowledge with the wider team; build guest trust.
