Job summary

SCB Building Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned WSHE Officer to conduct WSHE inspections at site and support the management of Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental systems on site.

The role ensures compliance with WSH regulations, conducts incident investigations, and prepares Safe Work Procedures linked to Risk Assessments, including daily WSH coordination meetings on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with WSH regulations and safety systems.
• Experience in HDB projects.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess with relevant safety certificate.

Responsibilities

• To carry out WSHE inspections at site.
• Assist WSH officer in managing Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental systems at site.
• Ensure workplace compliance with WSH regulations.
• Conduct incident investigations and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct and review Risk Assessments.
• Prepare Safe Work Procedures related to Risk Assessments.
• Conduct daily WSH coordination meetings.
