Job summary

PEOPLEFIRST HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks an in-house Security Officer to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel in Singapore.

The role emphasizes vigilant patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and timely incident reporting, while delivering exemplary guest service. Responsibilities include regular patrols, monitoring CCTV and alarm panels, managing visitor access, and liaising with authorities when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Officer licence issued by the Singapore Police Force.
• Possesses WSQ/NSRS Security certificates.
• Strong observation skills with ability to remain alert during extended shifts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for prolonged periods and working rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior experience in security or related field preferred but comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to detect and deter security threats, ensuring all areas remain secure and safe.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, responding swiftly to any suspicious activities or emergency situations.
• Manage access control by verifying identities, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate security logs.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary.
