Job summary

GH15 PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Security Officer to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel at 2 Teck Chye Terrace, Singapore.

The role involves visible patrols, access control, and rapid incident response to maintain a secure environment. Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance systems, reporting incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement when needed. Candidates should hold valid security certifications and be prepared for 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and

Qualifications

• Valid security certification (e.g., PLRD, RTT) is required.
• Experience in condo or serviced apartment industry is required.
• Proven experience in security or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during long shifts.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle role demands.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and respond to potential security risks.
• Control access to the premises by checking IDs, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring proper authorization.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to management and authorities as necessary.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, or alarms and take appropriate action.
• Prepare incident reports and logs for daily activities.
• Assist in crowd control and manage access during events as needed.
• Work with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
