Qualifications

• Diploma in Real Estate Management or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset in property management contexts.
• Effective communication and written skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for building management and ability to work collaboratively with people.
• Availability to start immediately is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site inspections and regulation checks to ensure residential properties are maintained to compliance standards and operational excellence.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to uphold property condition and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure all building statutory requirements are met through proactive monitoring and reporting.
• Deliver responsive and professional customer service support to residents and property owners, resolving issues effectively.
• Analyze site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and operational efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and support building management objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement property management strategies.
